Rezco is committed to addressing all complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Clients, investors, or other affected parties may submit a complaint in writing to Rezco at info@rezco.co.za. Complaints may relate to any service provided by Rezco Asset Management (Pty) Ltd or Rezco Collective Investments Ltd. Upon receipt, each complaint is acknowledged and assigned for investigation. Rezco aims to resolve complaints within 15 business days and will communicate the outcome to the complainant. If the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution, they may escalate the matter to the relevant Ombud or regulatory body.

In terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA), any person may request access to records held by Rezco, subject to certain grounds of refusal. This right applies to Rezco Asset Management (Pty) Ltd and Rezco Collective Investments Ltd, collectively referred to as the Rezco Group. The Information Officer is responsible for attending to PAIA requests. Requests must be submitted on the prescribed Form 2 (Request for Access to Record of a Private Body) and sent to Rezco at info@rezco.co.za or 146 Main Road, Walmer, Gqeberha, 6070. A request fee and access fee may be payable. Rezco will respond within 30 days of receiving a complete request.
